Change Requests Summary Added to AI Investigation
Edwin AI Insignts and Alert Details Pages now provide a Change Requests section within the AI Investigation tab. This enables you to see ServiceNow change requests associated with impacted CIs within the alert timeframe, and identify potential root cause triggers with direct links to the source requests.
To access this feature, you must configure the Edwin AI Change Request Agent. For more information, see Change Requests Agent in product documentation.
AI Log Summary Added to AI Investigations
You can now view an AI-generated log summary within the AI Investigation view on Insights and Alert Details pages. This enables you to quickly triage incidents and identify potential root causes by highlighting key log events across impacted configuration items within the alert timeframe.
The AI Log Summary section displays within the AI Investigation view on Insights and Alert Details pages and presents a concise summary of relevant log activity.
To access this feature in Edwin AI, navigate to an Insight or Alert Details page and open the AI Investigation view.
