Edwin AI Agent Added to Insight Details
You can now engage with the Edwin AI Agent on the Alert Details page. The agent automatically includes context of the alert you are viewing, enabling you to understand, triage and resolve critical alerts that were not correlated into an insight.
To access this feature, navigate to Edwin AI > Explore. Select Details on an alert to open the Alert Details page. Use the chat window to interact with the agent.
Export Charts Generated by Edwin AI Agent
You can now export charts generated by the Edwin AI agent. This enhancement enables you to download agent-generated visualizations for reporting, sharing, or offline analysis.
To access this feature in LogicMonitor, navigate to Edwin AI and generate a chart using the agent. Select the download icon and choose a location to save the PNG file.
AI Investigation for Singleton Alerts
You can now run an AI Investigation on singleton alerts. This enhancement helps you quickly analyze high-impact alerts by automatically triggering AI Investigations for alerts with critical or major severity.
To access this feature in LogicMonitor, navigate to Edwin AI > Alerts > Select Details for an insight to open the Alert Details page. Select Actions > Run Alert AI Investigation.

Add Singleton Alerts as Context to Edwin AI Agent
You can now add Singleton Alerts as context to the agent homepage. This enables you to utilize Edwin AI’s intelligence and recommendations for uncorrelated alerts.
When asking the agent for alerts or insights, select the Add to context checkbox on the provided table of alerts or insights. You can select one insight or alert to add to context, and all future queries will be answered within the context of that record until you manually remove it.

Enhanced Causal Configuration Items Mapping
Edwin AI now uses topology information to map causal Configuration Items (CIs) when a topology model is used to create an Insight. This improves the accuracy of causal CIs by and insights by observing CI directionality and alert correlation.
This enhancement to causal CI logic better reflects topology by identifying the top device based on connection patterns, especially when directionality is unknown. If alerts are added to an insight, the causal CI can change if a more common cause is detected (checked every 15 minutes.)
Create Custom HTTP POST Actions
You can now send custom actions in Edwin AI to external systems via HTTP POST requests. This enhancement allows you to quickly create actions, like creating or updating a Jira issue, to use in integration demos with 3rd party systems.
To create a new HTTP action, navigate to Actions and select Create Action. For more information, see Creating and Editing Action in Edwin AI in product documentation.
User roles now apply correctly across the application following the latest navigation bar update. Users now see only the navigation links authorized by their assigned roles. When attempting to access an unauthorized route directly, users are redirected to the homepage.
