Edwin AI Platform
OAuth Support for HTTP Integrations
You can now use OAuth authentication with the client credentials grant type (client_credentials) for HTTP integrations, in addition to Basic Authentication. This enhancement supports CenterPoint’s OAuth authentication requirement for integrations, including HTTP integrations used with ServiceNow ITOM.
Enhanced Field Mapping Capabilities
You can now configure field mappings using SET, DEFAULT, and CONDITIONAL mapping types to support advanced event transformation logic. CONDITIONAL mappings support nested conditions, operators such as EQUALS, CONTAINS, EMPTY, and PRESENT, and fallback actions.
These enhancements provide greater flexibility in normalizing events across third-party monitoring platforms, improving data consistency, reducing ingestion errors, and simplifying integration configuration.
Dashboard Editing from Dashboard View
You can now edit dashboards directly from the dashboard view without returning to the main landing page. This enhancement streamline dashboard editing and provides a more intuitive experience.
Unique Identifiers for Edwin AI Alerts and Insights
You can now identify, search for, and share Edwin AI Alerts and Insights using unique, human-readable identifiers. Alert identifiers begin with EDA, while Insight identifiers begin with EDN.
Edwin automatically generates these identifiers when records are created and displays them in list and detail views, as well as related references. You can use these identifiers to locate records and share them through shorter URLs. Existing links remain functional.
Consistent Normalization of Enrichment Values in Edwin AI
Edwin AI now consistently normalizes the capitalization of enrichment values across all platform sources, including third-party integrations. This ensures standardized enrichment data regardless of the originating platform, improving data consistency across correlation workflows.
AI Investigation Dashboard
You can now use the AI Investigation Dashboard to gain greater visibility into AI Investigations. The dashboard provides insights into the total number of investigations, investigation types, severity levels, average generation latency, and feedback.
You can view investigations by record type, including singleton and correlated alerts, and by severity. Additional value metrics, such as mean time to resolution (MTTR), are planned for a future release.
To access this feature, navigate to Edwin AI > Dashboards > AI Investigation.

Fixed an issue that caused Edwin Insights to display alert times inconsistently in 12-hour and 24-hour formats. Alerts now consistently display timestamps in the 24-hour format.
Fixed an issue that caused the event count to display one additional event for Alert records. The event count now accurately reflects the number of events associated with each Alert.
