2026-September 17 Edwin AI Release Notes (v.15.1)

You can now use integration field mapping parameters for Freshservice ITSM integrations in EdwinAI. These parameters were previously available only for event-type integrations.

To access this feature, navigate to Actions in Edwin AI, and edit your Freshservice ITSM actions to configure field mappings.

You can now load additional search results for Events, Alerts, and Insights while maintaining your selected sort order. Pagination makes it easier to explore larger result sets and indicates when all available results have been loaded.

Each page supports up to 200 records to improve scalability and reliability when working with larger result sets.

Resolved an issue where the Update Insight action step could overwrite the state of a Merged Insight during execution, preventing all related alerts from closing properly.

State changes are now decoupled from the Update Insight action step.
